fix(employeeProfile): 修正X射线操作岗位显示逻辑

- 修改判断条件，增加postNames包含岗位名称的判断
- 解决当xrayOperatorStarttime为空但岗位名称存在时不显示的问题
- 保证UI正确显示X射线安检仪操作岗位标签
